1. Introduction

These terms are applicable to all the participants of the program run via our website or social media platforms.
To enter this opportunity, you must follow as mentioned on our website or social media platforms.
Entry to our programs is defined as per the FEE prescribed below, therefore no additional purchase required, unless otherwise specified.
The Promotions on social media platforms are not endorsed, administered, sponsored, or associated with - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media network.
You are providing your info to the concern (www.geap.io). The info you provide will be used in coordination and conjunction with our Privacy Policy mentioned ahead.

To become eligible to gain access to this program:
Participants must be a real person, at least of the age of 18 years or above and have a permanent resident of India Only. Participants currently studying in any School, College or University are also eligible to apply.
However Indian students studying overseas are also eligible to take part.

The participant needs to apply online form as available on our website.

The Program registration is open from 1st February 2025 and closes on 30 April 2025.
All submitted entries will be available at the GEAP admin portal and will not be published on GEAP website.
The shortlisted candidates will be intimated personally through email.
Individuals who are above 18 years of age as on 31st January 2025 and currently studying in any School, College or University are eligible to apply.
Others who completed their education and currently waiting for admission to higher studies or working in industry are also eligible to apply.
There is no upper limit to apply for the program.
If the applicant is a student, should submit a Bonafede certificate from the respective School/College/University on demand

A program shall open for entries on the date and time mentioned on the www.geap.io website and social media platforms. Unless otherwise specified, these dates and times are set to those for UTC (Universal Time Co-ordinated).
No responsibility will be taken for entries not received or accepted for whatever reason may be.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the program and its terms and conditions without any prior notice in the event of a disaster, catastrophe, war, civil or military trouble, act of God or any actual or predicted breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event external to our control. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website www.geap.io as soon as it will be possible by us.
However if the program is cancelled for any reason beyond our control, the fee paid will be refunded without any deductions.
If the candidate would like to cancel his or her candidature can do so before the Visa is applied or Airtickets Booked.
If for any reason Visa is rejected by the Israeli Embassy, the fee paid will be refunded excluding the Visa fee and travel insurance (about Rs. 7,000/-).

Admissions will be selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the Internship.
If an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged as selected for admission and will not be entitled to the program in any circumstances.
The program director’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the program will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Admissions awarded for the program shall be specified on our website along with other social media channels.

Candidates will be notified by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media
Nothing alternative to the Admissions will be offered. The admissions are not transferable. Admissions are subject to availability.

You provide the warranty to us that you created your profile for entry and all information furnished is true and authentic.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocable and unconditionally agree to be identified as the author of your entry.

All submitted applications meeting the guidelines of the program will be published on the portal of the website of www.geap.io for perpetuity.
Your entry will be available on your database and the information furnished can be edited or updated for relevancy. For any changes to the information furnished in your application, the candidate needs to send mail to info@geap.io explaining the reasons for the same. However primary information like Name, Date of Birth etc cannot be changed.

We may undertake publicity activities relating to programs and its organisation. The participants therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post program details for publicity.
All other personal details collected as part of the program will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

This program is conducted by Ben Gurian University under Israeli security guidelines
Candidates need to strictly adhere to security regulations of Israeli government including Immigration, border control etc.
Under no circumstances any of the participant is allowed to deviate from the program schedule
The participants are not allowed to visit other cities in Israel that are not mentioned in the program itinerary for any reason
The participant should not break or deviate from the scheduled program unless any emergency to return back to india. Under such circumstances the return expenses of the participant should be taken care personally.

The participants are not allowed to capture photographs of sensitive areas and individuals of Israel
The program cannot be captured on Videos not published on any social media without the written consent of the organiser
The participants should strictly adhere to any regulation as defined by the program authorities.

This program fee is $ 5,000 (USD) excluding 18% GST per candidate to be paid by Cheque, DD or Online Transfer. The program fee is to be paid once your application is approved by our screening team.
